What must I do to keep my account secure?

As a user, you're solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your email, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) methods you enable. You must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access, such as:

• Never sharing your credentials with others

• Using strong, unique passwords

• Regularly updating your password

• Enabling 2FA 

• Logging out after using public or shared devices

If you suspect that your account has been compromised in any way, you must notify OxaPay support immediately. Any activity carried out through your account will be considered authorized by you unless proven otherwise.
